These Terms govern use of the Wovrex website and outline the general framework for client engagements. A separate statement of work (SOW) or proposal governs each specific project.

Content on this site is for general information. Project examples are representative of work types we deliver and may not reflect specific client engagements unless stated otherwise.
Services
Wovrex provides graphic design, software development, data dashboards & engineering, digital marketing, AI solutions, and cloud services. Scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees are defined in a written proposal or SOW agreed before work begins.
Client responsibilities
- Provide timely feedback, assets, and access needed for delivery
- Ensure you have rights to materials you supply to us
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of agreed deliverables as specified in the project SOW — including source files, credentials, and documentation unless otherwise noted. We retain the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio with client permission.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable local laws where Wovrex operates. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
